How to prepare Okro Soup with Chicken.

Okro soup is a very healthy meal preferred by many as is rich in nutrients, Okro is good source of vitamins both C and K, which contribute to our immune systems, Okro is healthy for diet because is low in calories, carbs and it contains Protein and fiber. The uniqueness of Okro is beyond imagination, I usually recommend Okro to clients who are concerned about their intakes. Okro intake is linked to weight management , blood sugar control, bone structures and many more associated to eating Okro.

Okro preparation is very simple depending on how you want it, firstly wash the okro and dice/cut into sizes preferred, then stream the protein your desire to use, you can use chicken, shrimps and fish, goatmeat, cowleg, tripes and beef.

Allow to cook for 10-15minutes till is tendered enough then add your palm oil/olive oil depending on which you desire then add your habanero pepper, 1 medium of onions then add Knorr seasoning to taste and salt allow cook for 5-10minutes then is ready to add the dice/cut Okro just allow 2-3minutes then is ready very simple to prepare and can serve 4-5 people.
